Herbs can be used in foods from appetizers to desserts, as shown in the easy but sumptuous recipes. Plus, a wealth of herbal folklore, remedies and growing tips are offered every other day. Photographer and author Maggie Oster has written and taken pictures for numerous books on gardening and cooking.
